30-Day Returns

We’re confident you’ll love our products. If not, you can return eligible items within30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Item must beunused, withall original packaging (bag/box, inserts, and accessories).
• Free returns apply to bottles only.

Not Eligible

• Items returnedwithout original packaging.
• Items deemednot in resellable condition after inspection.
• Bottles damaged from drops/impacts more than15 days after delivery.
  
  

How to Start a Return

1. Emailcustomercare@aquamonster.shop with:
   • Ordernumber (or order name) andphone number
   • Reason for return
     
     
2. Our Customer Service team may ask a few quick questions to verify eligibility.
   
   
3. If approved:
   • Bottles: we’ll email you afree return label. Attach it to the original packaging and drop off at a post office.

Inspection & Refunds

• We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected.
• If approved, arefund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
  
  

Damages & Issues

Oversized Bottles

Our bottles are high-quality butnot indestructible—they may shatter if dropped on hard surfaces.

• No refunds for bottles damaged by drops/impactsafter 15 days from delivery.
• Please handle with care (e.g., place on the ground rather than unstable surfaces).
  
  

Wrong/Defective Items

Pleaseinspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item,contact us immediately atwecare@overmalaysia.com so we can make it right.
